Nova Scotia’s Proof of Full Vaccination Policy started 4 October 2021. With the policy in effect, anyone 12 and older will need proof of full Covid-19 will require proof of vaccination or documentation of medical exemption to participate in events and activities that bring groups of people together.
What This Means
Anyone attending any event or public activities at 2482 Maynard will require proof of vaccination or documentation of medical exemption
During public activities and events 2482 Maynard staff and volunteers will be checking vaccine certificates against ID (any gov issued ID, status card, health care card or student ID)
2482 Maynard will also be requiring all staff and volunteers who work with the public to also be fully vaccinated and will be required to check vaccine certificates
Masking will continue to be required in shared spaces, but physical distancing is no longer required
Eyelevel will be asking visitors to the bookstore for proof of vaccination, with online and contactless pickup available to accommodate anyone who is not vaccinated
Volunteers, regular visitors and artists can opt to have their vaccine status documented by 2482 Maynard so that they don't have to show proof every time
The Blue Building will not be requiring proof of vaccination to regular gallery visitors as long as mask mandates remain and will require proof of vaccination if the Gallery is opened during any Wonder’neath, Eyelevel, or other events as we do share some spaces.
How We Can Provide Support
Wonder’neath, The Blue Building and Eyelevel will be supporting participants with internet access to access and print their proof of vaccination for participation in programming if necessary, and making efforts to offer art resources to those that arrive and may not be vaccinated. You can contact us at 902-454-6860 or general@wonderneath.com
For NS residents who have received one or two doses in NS, vaccine certificates can be found online here: https://novascotia.flow.canimmunize.ca/en/portal or by calling 1-833-797-7772
If you have an NS ID you can also have out-of-province vaccinations added to your vaccine certificate here: https://vaccineentryservice.novascotia.ca/update
If you are from out of province you will need to access your proof of vaccination from the province you were vaccinated in
We recognize that not everyone has access to ID’s or to vaccinations, we are working to find ways to help support these folks.

2482 Maynard is a space that is accessed by children and immunocompromised folks on a regular basis, so we take the health of those accessing our space very seriously. While we understand that this new regulation might be frustrating for some, any kind of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated towards any staff or volunteers that may be implementing these protocols.
